Andrea Aylett-Hosch
Andrea will be discussing Land trusts as protection for investors and lenders.
Andrea first practiced Criminal and Insurance defense law. From 1997-2009, she was
co-owner of a foreclosure firm. Since 2016, Andrea has concentrated in real estate law
helping investors and real property owners with many things, among which include
property transfers, business and deal structures, financing documents,
leases, contract review, and land trusts.
She serves clients through providing land trust
documents preparation, closing coordination, deal consultation, and trustee services
throughout Florida and in other states.
Andrea is a Broker/Owner of Pineapple Place Realty, helping real estate owners sell and
purchase commercial and residential properties.
As a real estate investor, Andrea is experienced in residential rental/AIRBNB properties,
purchasing to fix and flip, and purchasing on Option Agreements.
