CAP Rate - What is it? How to use it. When to use it.

CAP Rate

CAP rate is used primarily in commercial real estate to evaluate a deal. But it does have some application on the residential side.

The New Investor Workshop will discuss CAP rate this month.  This topic was selected because of calls received from members who could not find a suitable ARV for a property. We will discuss what it is and how to apply it when evaluating deals.
